Terms of use

1. The service

Hookwren helps you write, schedule and analyze posts on X, and send direct messages to people who ask for them by replying to your post. It works only through the official X API and with your permission.

Hookwren is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by X Corp.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give a valid email. You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account.

You may connect only X accounts that you own or that you are allowed to manage.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the X Rules, the X Developer Agreement and the X automation rules. In particular: no spam, no unsolicited or mass direct messages, no duplicate posts, no automated mass following, liking or reposting, no misleading content.

Automatic direct messages may only be sent to people who replied to your post asking for them, and your post must clearly say that a DM will be sent.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules or puts the service's access to X at risk.

4. Your content and the AI

You keep all rights to your content. You give us the limited permission needed to store it, process it and publish it on X for you.

AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for what you publish. Replace any [placeholder] with true information before publishing.

5. Plans, trial and payment

New accounts get a 7-day free trial without a card. Nothing is charged at the end of the trial.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Each plan has monthly limits (posts, posts with a link, AI generations, automatic DMs, X accounts) shown on the pricing page.

We send a reminder email before every renewal. You can cancel in one click from the Subscription page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but X, Stripe, our hosting or the AI provider may be interrupted or change their rules and prices. When X limits or blocks an action, Hookwren stops and tries again later; some posts or messages may then be delayed or not sent.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Bawa Ecom LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or actions taken by X on your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Everything is deleted and access to your X accounts is revoked. We may close an account that breaks these terms, with notice when possible.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; important changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
