We want billing to be simple and fair.
Free trial
The 7-day trial needs no card, so it can never turn into a charge by itself.
First payment
If Hookwren is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly) and we refund it in full.
Renewals
We email you before each renewal. Cancel in one click at any time: you keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again. Renewals are not refunded, except for a yearly renewal cancelled within 7 days, which is refunded in full.
How to ask
Write to support@hookwren.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days.
