A thread is a promise: the first post says what the reader will get, and every post after it has to keep that promise. Most threads that lose readers do it in the first two posts.
The first post: one clear promise
- Say who it is for and what they will get: "5 mistakes I made pricing my first product, and what I do now."
- Make it true. If you promise five, give five.
- Skip the vague hype; specific beats loud.
The middle: one idea per post
Each post should stand on its own if someone only sees that one. Short lines, one idea, an example when you have one. If you need numbers or results, use your real ones; if you don't have them, don't invent them.
The ending: recap and a simple next step
Sum up in one post, then offer one next step: follow for more, reply with a question, or get the full guide by DM if you set that up. One call to action, not three.
Checklist before you publish
- Does the first post make a clear, honest promise?
- Is every post under 280 characters and readable alone?
- Did you replace every placeholder with real information?
- Is it scheduled at one of your best hours?
How our tool does it
Write as long as you like and split it into a thread in one click, between sentences. The preview shows the thread as it will appear, and the scheduler publishes each post in order as replies to the previous one. The AI can draft a thread in your voice, leaving [brackets] wherever a real detail is needed.
