1. The program
The Hookwren affiliate program is run by Bawa Ecom LLC ("we"). By joining, you ("affiliate") accept these terms. We may update them; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they apply to new commissions. Commissions already earned keep the terms under which they were calculated.
2. Eligibility and approval
You need a Hookwren account and must be at least 18 years old. Applications may be approved automatically or reviewed by hand. We may refuse an application without giving a reason.
3. Referrals and attribution
A customer is attributed to you when they create a Hookwren account within 30 days after clicking your referral link (the last affiliate link clicked wins).
Once attributed, a customer stays attributed to you and is never reassigned to another affiliate. Customers who already had an account before clicking your link are not attributed.
You may not refer yourself, your own additional accounts, or people who sign up at your request only to generate commissions.
4. Commissions
You earn 20% of every eligible payment made by customers attributed to you, for as long as they keep a paid subscription and you remain in good standing. Once you have 20 active paying referrals at the same time, your rate becomes 25% on every later eligible payment, permanently (unless the qualification is found to be fraudulent).
Commissions are calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, excluding taxes, after discounts, coupons and account credits. Payment processing fees are not deducted. Free trials earn nothing until the customer pays.
Eligible payments are first payments, renewals and plan changes of Hookwren subscriptions. Upgrades and downgrades earn commission on the amount actually charged.
If a payment is refunded in full or in part, or disputed by the customer (chargeback), the matching share of the commission is reversed. If that commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your future commissions.
5. Holding period and payouts
Each commission is held for 14 days after the customer's payment, then becomes available. You can request a withdrawal of your full available balance once it reaches $50.00.
Payouts are sent by PayPal or Zelle (Zelle is for US bank accounts only) after a manual review, usually within 5 business days. Bank transfer through Stripe Connect may be added later. You are responsible for providing a correct payout destination; payments sent to the destination you provided are final.
We may ask for a tax form (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN for others) before sending any payment, and we may issue tax documents (such as Form 1099) as required by law. You are responsible for your own taxes.
6. How you may promote Hookwren
Describe Hookwren accurately. Do not promise results, income or features that Hookwren does not provide.
Clearly disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link (for example: "Affiliate link: I earn a commission if you subscribe"), as required by the FTC and similar rules in other countries.
Not allowed: spam (including unsolicited DMs or emails), fake reviews, impersonating Hookwren, bidding on the Hookwren brand in search or social ads, cookie stuffing, coupon or deal sites without our written approval, and any illegal or misleading promotion.
Promotion on X must follow X's rules, including its rules on automation and spam.
7. Fraud, suspension and termination
We may hold, reverse or refuse commissions and suspend or close an affiliate account in case of fraud, self-referral, abuse, or breach of these terms. Commissions earned legitimately before termination are paid once they become available, unless the breach caused them.
You may leave the program at any time by contacting support. Your available balance above the minimum is then paid at your request.
8. Privacy
You only see anonymous identifiers for the customers you referred, never their name or email. Referral clicks are recorded with hashed identifiers. See our privacy policy for details.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bawa Ecom LLC's total liability under this program is limited to the commissions owed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
